-Satoimo kinoko gomajiru (sesame miso soup w/aroid & mushroom)
-Akebi no nikuzume (chocolate vine w/meat stuffing)
-Daikon steak (daikon radish steaks)
-Kyabetsu no yuzukosho (cabbage w/yuzu pepper & dried salted konbu seaweed)
-Awa zenzai (foxtail millet w/sweet redbean paste)
